DESCRIPTION:Iakovos „Jako“ Symeonidis (Gitarre\, Kompositionen)\, Bernd Spanier (Orgel)\, Steve Nanda (Schlagzeug)\, Thomas Hähnlein (Tenorsaxophon). \nDas Jako Organ Trio ist ein sehr persönliches Projekt des in Berlin lebenden griechischen Gitarristen Iakovos Symeonidis. Kürzlich hat das Trio sein Debütalbum veröffentlicht mit „Jako Organ Trio-Safe Place“ (April 2022\, QFTF).\nDie Band spielt Originalkompositionen von Symeonidis\, Jazz-Standards und Arrangements aus Motown und Soul. Diesmal stößt der großartige Tenorsaxophonist Thomas Hähnlein mit seinem einzigartigen Sound zur Band.\nZiel der Band ist es\, das Publikum bestmöglich einzubinden durch die Kombination von Swing-\, Afro- und Funk-Groove und die Begeisterung für Jazzklänge zu teilen durch Improvisation\, Spontaneität und Freiheit\, die der Jazz mit sich bringt. \nThe Jako Organ Trio is the personal project of Berlin-based Greek guitarist Iakovos Symeonidis. The band recently released their debut album „Jako Organ Trio-Safe Place“ (April 2022\, QFTF).\nThe band plays original compositions by Symeonidis\, songs from the jazz tradition and arrangements from Motown and soul.
