Nora Jim and Esteban Ruiz started an experimental project based on songs and improvisation. Together they explore Nora’s latest compositions in an open, playful and surprising way. The simple acoustic set up (piano, vocals, drums) enables a space of free dialogue between them, the song and the listener. While the song remains the song, everything else changes constantly: rhythm, textures, form and feelings.

Flora

Florian Seefeldt (Klarinette) und Nora Jim (Klavier) spielen Bebop, Swing, Standards, Songs, Altbekanntes und neu Erschaffenes. Das Duo liebt die Improvisation und das Experiment, gleichzeitig aber auch die einfachen, schönen Klänge und Melodien.

Flo und Nora sind beide im Jazz beheimatet, sind jedoch in den unterschiedlichsten Berliner Bands und Projekten aktiv.
